Well, I'm finally getting close to buying a new camera. Almost any camera would be an upgrade to mine right now, but I've made do so far. But now I've just had enough, so I've been saving my allowance for a long time, and I'm down to choosing between two cameras. I'd like some input on which you think is better, please, or if there are other better ones then these two. Under $1000 would be nice, as well, since I'm looking for one to only last me about two more years at least, 'cause I'm probably gonna get another one for college...

Okay, it's down to the Nikon D90 and the Nikon D5000. For someone who hates research, this is not the most fun way to spend my Saturday morning. Plus my brain can only remember so many facts to comapre at a time after just waking up... So yeah, I've been looking around, and am having trouble knowing what to look for. CNet helped some, but now I'm looking at the shutterbug website, and the website for the magazine popular photography.
They both have looooong detailed descriptions of each, so if someone would like to summerize the pros and cons for me, I would very much appreciate it.

Oh, and I was going to upload some random shots to see if they were worthy to post, but the cord to hook the camera to the computer seems to have decided to pull a disappearing act on me, so I'll have to wait until I find it to do that. I'll look for it later, and work on putting them on here over this week ('cause there's no school!!! whoot!).

I was looking up graphic tablets, 'cause I REALLY want one. So I may get one for christmas ( my family!!) but I couldn't even decide on one of those. So I just put them all in alist of what one I wanted msot to least (there were four...going down in price as the level of how much I wanted it went down...) and gave it to my mom. Hopefully I'll have one for 2010, though I'd love one now, for the Thanksgiving holiday, even though I won't really have time for art later this week....oh, well. This should be the last tiem I edit this entry, 'cause I was too lazy to do a whole other entry, but yeah.
